Shipping policy

- Design by Kubo is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

- Shipping rates apply to shipments up to 500 grs. Shipping rates may vary for larger shipments, please contact us for details.

Within Canada:

• Free Standard Shipping without tracking on orders over CAD $100 before taxes. Estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 business days.

 

Shipping to All International Markets (Excluding Canada):

• The purchaser or order recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  
• Design by Kubo is not responsible for import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage fees, costs incurred on a refused delivery triggered by high importation fees or restrictions imposed by the country of destination, costs associated to delayed delivery due to custom issues, and any other associated fees; all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
